UIT collaborates with a company to care for students during Tet

As part of the "2024 Tet Caring" program at UIT, UIT and KMS Technology Vietnam have presented 15 bus tickets for 15 students to return home for Tet. A representative from KMS shared: "In Vietnamese culture, Tet is a time for family reunions after a year full of ups and downs, worries, and troubles. And for those who have chosen to pursue their future in a distant land, the anticipation in the last months of the year to secure a train or bus ticket to go home for Tet is deeply felt. A ticket might seem simple, but it can hold significant meaning for those who truly need it. With the desire to share those sentiments and nurture future aspirations, KMS Gives is honored to accompany the students of the University of Information Technology on the 4th-year journey of 'Home Trip', so that studying far from home is no longer a concern every Tet."

This is truly a meaningful gift for financially challenged students during each Tet and Spring, serving as encouragement and support for their efforts in 2024. Providing bus tickets for students to go home for Tet is an annual activity of UIT and its partner businesses. This initiative has contributed to sharing the joy with students facing difficulties at the end of the year and has further spread the beautiful tradition of mutual support within the nation.
